Working with Inspiring Scotland
Inspiring Scotland will work closely with all charities selected to be part of intandem.
A critical element of Inspiring Scotland’s philosophy is our focus on providing non-financial support to the charities we invest in.
In practice this means that a dedicated Performance Advisor will develop an in-depth relationship with you and your organisation, meeting on average once a month to offer support and advice and discuss progress. The Performance Advisor will work with you to set challenging delivery targets which will determine the release of quarterly funding.
Each quarter, after discussion with a Performance Advisor, a quarterly performance report is produced. The report covers four main areas: finances, project outputs, social impact and organisational development.
Initial reporting dates for 2016/2017 will be:
- 10 March 2017
- 9 June 2017
- 8 Sep 2017
- 8 Dec 2017
Our extensive pro bono network of volunteers allows us to access a huge range of professional advice and expertise for our charities, supporting them to be stronger and more sustainable.
Please contact Elaine Crichton to discuss how the pro bono network help.
