How to use the resources hub

Over the years, the intandem portfolio have developed and improved many resources to help deliver an effective mentoring programme. These have been gathered together here in two main sections:

intandem Day to Day covering the everyday materials and ideas that coordinators and managers might need to access to run their programmes

intandem Know How which covers the framework around the programme, the basic principles and guidance as it were for delivery of the intandem programme.

There is of course some cross-over between these high level categories, however you can use two ways to find resources you need.

First, by using the search function in the red box near the top half of the page. You can type in key words such as referral form or logo to find something specific.

Secondly, you can use the headings orĀ  blue rectangular tiles to see what each section contains, for example, volunteer mentor training or evaluation.

You can tell the type of resources from the icon next to it, for example a word document, image, presentation etc. Click on the resource to open it in a new window. For most resources, you can read the document but not edit the original. You can however download a copy and use that version to make changes and adapt it to suit your needs.

We continue to develop and add to the resources hub.

If you unable to find something or have a suggestion for new resources, or are struggling to access what you need, please contact your Performance Advisor so we can improve the resources for everyone.

Discussion Boards

These provide a forum for everyone in intandem to ask questions and share ideas. Several topics have been set up and you can add posts to these and upload files and materials to help others. New topics can be added by administrators, generally Performance Advisors, to help keep the categories easy to use. As always, be respectful when adding comments or replying to posts!
