Intandem National Mentor Forum
Our National Mentor Forum brings together volunteer mentors from across Scotland to share experiences, strengthen practice, and help shape the future of Intandem.
Meeting quarterly, Forum members ensure that mentors’ voices are at the heart of programme development. Their lived mentoring experience helps guide how we grow, improve, and deliver the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
The Forum provides a supportive, collaborative space for reflection, shared learning, and continuous improvement. Members also contribute to shaping plans for a national training programme, designed to upskill and better support mentors in their role.
Below, you can meet the members of the Forum. They represent communities from across Scotland — some new to mentoring, others with many years of experience.
If you’re interested in becoming a member in the future, we’d love to hear from you: IntandemEnquiries@inspiringscotland.org.uk
