Working with Inspiring Scotland

Inspiring Scotland will work closely with all charities selected to be part of intandem.

A critical element of Inspiring Scotland’s philosophy is our focus on providing non-financial support to the charities we invest in.

In practice this means that a dedicated Performance Advisor will develop an in-depth relationship with you and your organisation, meeting on average once a month to offer support and advice and discuss progress. The Performance Advisor will work with you to set challenging delivery targets which will determine the release of quarterly funding.

Each quarter, after discussion with a Performance Advisor, a quarterly performance report is produced. The report covers four main areas: finances, project outputs, social impact and organisational development.
